Lessons are a good way to improve any area in athletics. We offer one on one lessons at an affordable price. Our lessons cost $40 for a one hour session. In the lessons, we work through specific drills to improve any area that you need. Most of these drills can be done everyday and are necessary to improve your abilities. We recommend a session at least once a week if you are serious about improving yourself. We don’t want to waste your time and money, so we guarantee results as long as you put in the work that we ask of you. We give 100 percent to you and expect that you give 100 percent back. Hitting Lessons

Hitting lessons focus on the mechanics of the movements using our proven methods in order to give players a better opportunity to be successful on the field.

Pitching Lessons

Pitching lessons cover the proper forms and techniques to maximize velocity and accuracy. We work with individual athletes to improve all aspects in pitching. We give specific details about the kinetics behind pitching and where velocity and accuracy come from. We work through drills that build lower body strength and increase leg drive through the pitching motion. We guarantee results every time.

Speed and Agility

Speed and agility is for anyone who wants to get faster and more mobile. This helps in any sport, so there’s no excuse for you not to schedule a lesson. We work through drills specifically designed to increase speed and agility and get athletes moving as well as improve their running form.

Strength and conditioning lessons are designed to help athletes get in better shape. We work on building strength and endurance that every athlete needs to be successful. These are also good for ANYONE wanting to get in shape. Leonard is a multi-talented business leader with vast experience across many disciplines.  After graduating cum laude from the Howard University School of Business with a degree in Marketing, Leonard spent two years as Financial Analyst in the Investment Bank at JP Morgan Chase from 2000-2002.  In May of 2002 he had the fortunate opportunity to play six years in the National Football League with The  Washington Football Team, Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks, and Tennessee Titans.  During his NFL tenure Leonard continued his focus on professional business development with a commercial banking internship at United Bank(DC), a mortgage banking internship at United Wholesale Mortgage(MI), and a real estate development internship at Banneker Ventures(DC).  After retiring in 2008, Leonard accepted a full time position as Sr Project Manager and Financial Analyst with Banneker Ventures.  After one year at Banneker Ventures, he accepted the position of Real Estate Development Manager at the Warrenton Group.  In 2013, Leonard entered the ranks of entrepreneurship full time focusing on building Perfect Performance and growing his personal multi-family real estate portfolio.

How long does it take to improve speed and agility?

You can however see marked improvements in your speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) in as little as 4-weeks by sticking to your program and working hard. This involves working on your SAQ between 3 and 4 times per week, with each session lasting around 90-minutes including warm-up, cool-down and stretching.

How do baseball players get faster?

Putting it All Together.
Wall Lean Piston Iso – 2-3 Sets of :10 isometric for each leg..
Linear Bounds – 2-3 Sets of 10-15 Yards..
Lean Fall Run with Hip Flexion – 2-3 Sets of 3 each leg (6 total sprints).
Linear Pulse Start to Sprint – 2-3 sets of 3 each leg (6 total sprints).
10 Yard Build to 30 Yard Sprint – 1 set of 4 Reps..

The first speed-training window falls roughly between the ages of 6 and 9 for boys and girls. It's a time in a child's development when they are especially receptive to a specific kind of speed training and can make dramatic gains that last a lifetime.
