The only difficulty was navigating the construction on
Water St. directly in front of the hotel, which apparently has been going for a period of time that can be measured in years. It was a challenge to find the sidewalk entry to get to the front entrance. But once inside, the staff were helpful and pleasant, the elevators are FAST, and the two minor maintenance calls we had to submit (fridge working? and tub drain was clogged) were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. This was a comfortable and pleasant hotel to stay at in lower Manhattan. We'll

The parking deck wasn’t on the property albeit it was not that far of a walk but still not on the property. My bad sense of direction caused me to get lost for 30 minutes trying to find the parking
