The property was nice and our room was very clean.I thought the bed ws super comfortable.The only snag was when we checked in. We had reserved a room with a king bed, as always. I had also asked to be away from elevators and not in an adjoining room because the noise from other rooms can be way too much for me. When we got to our room, it had 2 double beds, was right next to the elevator and was an adjoining room. They fixed it and put us in a great corner room, but it is kind of ridculous that they got everything wrong. The king bed was right on our reservation and the adjoining room thing is a deal breaker for me if I want to get any sleep. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed the Inn very much. A few things that really stood out was the soft beds, the soft desk chair, free breakfast, and how big the king room was. But on the other end I wasn't very flattered by the pool room, how small the queen room felt, how dark and swampy the pool appeared, and we requested adjoining rooms witch we didn't get. But in awe I was very happy of how my trip all happened in the end.

We stay at this location often, and we are always pleased with the staff and rooms. The only negative is the gym; the equipment needs better maintenance (elliptical and treadmills are not always functioning properly, forcing you to use whatever is working at the time), and some new equipment for strength training should be added. Also, get a better incline/recline bench. That said, we highly recommend this property.

The room was old and stained. The end table by the couch still had sticky food and drink rings. The curtains need cleaning and privacy blinds that would still let light in. My room was on the first floor facing the side parking lot. If I wanted to let the sunlight in, it would mean people could look directly into my room. The bathroom was musty and moldy because of the long term leaking around the bathtub edges. The bed needs to be replaced, it sinks too much which made my head lower than my feet. The walls and doors are quite thin. I could hear everything from a conversation on one side and the crying children on the other side. Not to mention the constant door slamming from every single person entering or leaving their rooms on the floor. For the amount of money per night I spent here, I was expecting the decent quality of other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The staff was nice and helpful, though.
