Stay away! Far away! Our first night, an intruder successfully keyed into the room and thankfully the door stop was blocking them from coming in. My partner was awake at the time and said they ran off afterwards. No, this was not housekeeping, this was 11pm at night. We contacted front desk and security who came to ensure we were okay. Security advised that theft and burglary has been big the last few days. They offered to exchange rooms, but we told them that someone who has access to the rooms would not stop them from attempting to get in. We checked out the very next morning and subsequently forfeited the rest of our payment for the remaining stay. Will never stay here again.Gerald

Upon arrival, we rang the door to be let in for check in. The process was very easy and I was greeted by a very friendly lady. We were on the 3rd floor and I was so happy that there was an elevator because they dont have any bell carts. The room was smaller than what I expected but it was clean. The next day unfortunately we had to move to another room because there was a leak coming from the bathroom sink. Ron was very accomodating and i appreciate it! The breakfast is served from 6 to 10am and its actually good. They offered eggs, bacon and sausage, waffles, bread and bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles and they have a variety of drinks. Overall, its a good hotel for a low price and its conviniently located right by a bunch of stores as well as areas where you can eat.i definitely recommend it!

Our first room smelt awful, the bed was dirty and the chair was disgusting!! Our second room the comforter was dirty again. We didn’t have a sign for our door.

Very noisy location. Bathroom was not in good condition. Mold around the base of the shower. Door inside bathroom was peeling from the bottom up, there was peeling paint.
