This means with synthetic You should only need changes every 7,500 miles compared to 3,500 to 5,000 miles with conventional. I recommend that You check Your oil monthly. In this check You will need to make sure that Your oil is full and free from any signs of debris. If the oil is too dark it can be an indication that there is burning as well and it will need to be replaced.
