Select editor Morgan Greenwald, who has the Series 7 watch, said she especially loves that the watch can connect to some of her favorite apps like Spotify, which moms can appreciate, too.

This robotic vacuum is a Consumer Reports favorite: The model maps out an entire floor of your home to clean it more efficiently, according to iRobot. Mom can also set boundaries via her smartphone to prevent the vacuum from going into specific areas. When it’s done vacuuming, the s9+ self-empties into a dirt bag, so all mom has to do is throw that out when it’s full.

Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener

In our guide to the best flat irons, hairstylist Courtney Foster told us the Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener is her favorite tourmaline iron. "The quality and price tag make this flat iron like the Rolls Royce of hair tools," she said. The straightener offers up to 30 minutes of cord-free use, has three heat settings and automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity, according to the brand. Greenwald also uses this straightener and says it makes easy work of straightening her curls.

Jennifer Birkhofer, vice president of commerce for Select and a mom of two, said she’s been “obsessed” with the NuFACE facial toner ever since her husband gifted it to her. Weighted blankets aren't’ the only game in town: Nodpod’s weighted sleep mask evenly distributes weight across eyes and other pressure points for a calming, sleep-inducing effect, according to the brand. The strap-free mask can also be stored in the freezer for an added cooling effect. Select photo editor Kara Birnbaum gave this sleep mask to her mom who gets frequent headaches, and her mom loves using it, especially when it’s chilled, Birnbaum said.

Panasonic LUMIX G100

Whether mom is incredibly sentimental when it comes to capturing family moments or is a true photography enthusiast, this camera captures 4K – or ultra high quality – photos and videos. With intelligent auto and manual modes, mom can hone her craft or let the camera take over while shooting 20.3 MP images, according to Panasonic. The camera is lightweight, comes with a 12-32 mm lens and syncs with smartphones so mom can easily share photos or livestream videos, the company says.

Aura Mason Luxe

For moms who have a ton of photos on their phone and no time to print or scrapbook them, a digital photo frame takes the work out of displaying memories. Aura’s Mason Luxe photo frame offers the company’s highest resolution — a 9.7-inch 2K display — as well as dual orientation and a 4:3 aspect ratio. Mom can control the Wi-Fi-enabled frame via the companion app or online, according to the brand, and can also invite family members or friends to contribute photos and videos to display. (The smart frame supports up to 30-second videos.) The Mason Luxecomes with free unlimited storage for photos and videos and is compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

CB2 Aria White Organic Cotton Bath Robe

If you’re going to go this classic mom gift route, CB2’s Aria robe is a luxurious choice: It’s made from organic Turkish cotton, which is thick, absorbent and fluffy, according to the brand. Plus, the durable material is Global Organic Textile Standard-certified, which means the organization has confirmed the material is organic and created in a socially responsible way. “Organic cotton next to skin — it doesn’t have any of those pollutants, insecticides and pesticides,” Anupama Pasricha, an associate professor of apparel merchandising and design at the St. Catherine University School of Business in St. Paul, Minnesota, previously explained.

Sony WH-1000XM5

As noted in our guide to noise-canceling headphones, Sony gives Bose a run for its money with its extremely powerful WH-1000XM4 headphones, which cancel more noise than most of the competition. The brand recently released an updated version of the headphones, the WH-1000XM5s. Like the M4s, the M5s have up to 30 hours of battery life and ambient sound and touch controls, according to the brand. However, some feel the newer model has clearer sound and more adaptive noise cancellation, which could be great for moms who need to focus in a rambunctious household.

In our guide to sous vide cookers, Daniel Shumski, a recipe developer and author of “How to Sous Vide,” recommended the Anova Precision Cooker, which heats the water and keeps it at the desired temperature, according to the brand. Shumski said the Anova is simple to use — mom can either connect her smartphone to the tool and control it via a companion app or select a temperature using the built-in controls on the LED display. The cooker also features an adjustable and removable clamp to secure it to mom’s pot so the device doesn’t fall into the boiling water while in use.

Foreo Luna 3

For a little at-home spa treatment, give mom the Foreo Luna 3 face cleansing brush. Select’s Rebecca Rodriguez recommends the gadget: She said that after using the device to get rid of dead skin cells, she noticed her skin care products were better absorbed by her skin, and she was impressed by the Luna 3’s long battery life.
