PICK-UP FROM THE PORT

The port authority does not allow vehicles inside the port if not loading/unloading. Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated area right outside of the port. If there's no cell phone available, call from the ship just before disembarking ‒ and if you're traveling from another country, use the toll-free number in your email confirmation.

As soon as we receive your call, we'll page your driver. He'll enter the port immediately and meet you at the commercial pick-up area. You'll know him by the sign he's holding ‒ it will have your name on it.

We recommend to schedule your pick-up from the port not later than 10:00 AM. If you have an early flight, the driver can pick you up as early as 7:00AM. Earlier than scheduled exit from a cruise ship does not guaranty immediate pick up and will be handled on a first come first served basis.
