Mother’s Day is Sunday May 8 and that means dreaming about where and what we’ll be served for brunch. Whether your kids are planning to whip you up breakfast in bed or you’re heading out for brunch remember, this is your day so indulge in all the mimosas, freshly squeezed OJ and yummy pancakes you want (and make sure anyone but you does the clean-up!).

Here are some of our favorite spots in NJ that are hosting brunch for Mother’s Day. Be sure to make a reservation in advance and celebrate the day — you deserve it, mama!

Alstede Farms – Chester
Enjoy tractor-drawn wagon rides around the farm while taking in the relaxed farm atmosphere and enjoying a casual family-style meal. Stay and enjoy friendly farm animals, a self-guided museum tour, visit the farm store or enjoy homemade ice cream. Advanced tickets are required and will be sold per time slot. There are three time slots available for both Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8 which are: 9 am, 11 am, & 1 pm.

Amanda’s – Hoboken
Treat mom to delicious fare like banana pancakes and Eggs Bella Vista with grilled Argentinean sausage. The staff is ready to serve you indoors or outdoors and the new brunch menu features New American cuisine with an Argentine twist. Brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 11 am-3 pm.

Avenue — Long Branch
This restaurant offers beautiful ocean views and a French-influenced menu with brunch served from 9:30 am-2 pm. Start with hors d’oeuvres then move onto the main course, including French toast and steak frites. $58 per person, no substitutions.

Battello – Jersey City
Celebrate Mother’s Day by sharing a memorable meal overlooking the Hudson. Whatever your family’s tradition – whether gathering for brunch or getting together for dinner – Battello has it all. Biagio’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant & banquet hall that has been a local favorite offering home-style Italian classics for over 25 years. This year, they have a Mother’s Day Grand Brunch Buffet at Terrace with seatings starting at 10:30 am, or dinner served all day from 12 – 6pm.

Blend on Main — Manasquan
The a la carte Mother’s Day brunch is served from 10 am-1:30 pm and features favorites such as Croque monsieur, lobster eggs benedict and waffles. For a sweet treat, try their beignets.

Crystal Springs Resort – Hamburg
Choose from the Resort’s three extraordinary brunches, or a la carte dining at 4-star Restaurant Latour, the popular Crystal Tavern or stylish Kites – An American Grille. Or why not make it a Mother’s Day getaway with an overnight at the luxurious Grand Cascades Lodge or recreation-rich Minerals Hotel. Brunch reservations are required and space is limited.

Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen — Morristown
Join for Mother’s Day brunch and dinner at this restaurant that’s housed in a beautiful old mansion. Brunch is served 10 am – 2:30 pm and features options such as Brioche French Toast, Soft Scrambled Eggs, Steak and Eggs and Fried Chicken on the prix fixe menu. Dinner is from 4- 8:30 pm.

Molos Restaurant — Weehawken
This Greek and Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant is located on the Hudson River and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the New York City skyline. The Mother’s Day brunch hereall day starting at noon for $90 per person. Enjoy favorites including Greek Salad, Shrimp Santorini and Faroe Islands Salmon. There’s a children’s menu for kids 10 and under ($25).

Mulberry House – Westfield
This lovely community restaurant is famous for its Tea Bar that displays its weekly offerings. Enjoy breakfast or “Tea Time with Mom” which includes sandwiches, scones, mini cakes, pastries, tea and more for $60. The Olde Mill Inn & Grain House Restaurant – Basking Ridge
Built in the 18th century, the Grain House Restaurant at the Olde Mill inn is known for its historic charm and classic American fare. Celebrate mom with brunch buffet from 9:30 am-3:30 pm featuring turkey, omelets and waffles and breads and pastries. $75 per person, children’s menu $27 is available for kids ages 4-11.

Pearl Restaurant & Lounge— Red Bank
Situated on the Navesink River, the Pearl at the Oyster Point Hotel offers amazing views and a historic setting. Take mom for the short rib sandwiches and of course, oysters on the half shell.

The Shannon Rose — Clifton
This Irish pub is a community favorite. Celebrate mom with an a la carte menu on Sunday from 10 am-noon featuring fun dishes such as the Shannon Rose Frittata and the Hangover Burger. Drinks include the traditional mimosa as well as a “Manmosa” made with Kane Head High IPA.

The Spring Lake Manor — Spring Lake

Summit House— Summit
Summit House is welcoming guests for a three-course prix fixe brunch from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm. Seared tuna, shrimp risotto and cheesecake are some of the delicious choices available.

Willow Creek Winery — Cape May
Celebrate Mother’s Day in the middle of Willow Creek Winery’s green and gorgeous vineyard and treat your family to the Grand Mother’s Day Brunch.
