DescriptionEurol Vacuum pump Oil ISO-VG 220 is an oil with a very good oxidation stability. Therefore, this oil is perfectly suitable for application in vacuum pumps, operating under heavy duty working conditions. Eurol Vacuum pump Oil ISO-VG 220 is blended from solvent refined paraffinic base oils with low vapour pressure. A minimum amount of additives provides sufficient protection against wear, rust and corrosion, while water and vapour are rapidly separated. Eurol Vacuum pump Oil ISO-VG 220 has a naturally high viscosity index, which prevents inconvenient viscosity changes, caused by temperature differences. Show

DescriptionEurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 is a fully synthetic oil based on poly-alkylene glycols for the lubrication of all types of heavily loaded gearing, like hypoid and worm gears. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 has excellent anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti-rust and high pressure properties. It has minor tendency for building foam and has a naturally high viscosity index. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 is durable and extends the life of the machinery. It allows extended change intervals and therefore reduces the costs of maintenance. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 cannot be mixed with mineral oils. It is advisable to rinse the system prior to changing to Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 can only be mixed with similar synthetic products formulated with poly-alkylene glycols. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220 may not be brought into contact with aluminum (alloy) gears and axles. Aluminum housing can be exposed to Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 220. Paints and coatings can be attacked by this product. We recommend 2-component coating for inner system coating. Seals can also be attacked. Up to 100°C, NBR-rubber is recommended, FKM-rubber is recommended above this temperature. PerformancePerformance level

Gear Oils39 products Gear oils keep gears lubricated to reduce friction between them and help prevent wear and tear. The oils adhere to the gears even when subjected to high heat and friction, and they resist water to help protect metal gears from corrosion. Use these gear lubricants in automotive applications, such as in transmissions and axles, and in manufacturing and production facilities. What does ISO VG 220 mean? Thus, an oil or lubricant with a viscosity grade of 220 is thicker and more solid-like than an oil with a VG of 100 or 68. The grade is a literal measurement of the oil's ratio of absolute viscosity in centipoise (a unit of measurement) to the density, also known as centistoke. Facebook. Twitter.
