I had a lot of trouble switching over to my new phone, it said that I didn’t have enough storage to transfer data even though my new phone has triple the amount of storage space compared to my old phone. However, I think this is apple’a fault, not the refurbished, so I’m overall very impressed and satisfied with my purchase! Condition of the phone was way better than I expected, it almost looks brand new. I’ve never bought refurbished electronics before but when it is time to purchase another phone I will be coming back to back market. The shipping time was faster then expected as well. I rarely ever give reviews of anything but if you are on the edge about buying refurbished I would definitely consider buying from here. Overall I give my experience 10/10 Hi! I'm a real person and not a paid reviewer who bought a phone off of Backmarket. (If I was getting paid for this, I wouldn't need to buy a refurbished phone off the internet ;) ) Long story short: Phone was in great condition that very much exceeded my expectations, with a SINGLE tiny scratch on the screen and more noticeable but tiny scratches on the edges of the phone (that were perfectly covered up by the screen protector and phone case anyway). BackMarket saved me a lot of cash and I now have the perfect phone. My friends cannot tell this phone was refurbished with the phone case and screen protector on, at all. I've had no problems with my new phone, but if I ever do then the year long warranty got me covered, so there's no real risk. Definitely recommend this site! 10/10. Long version: Condition - There was some scrapes on the top edge of the phone (not the screen) and on the sides, but I buffed them out with a microfiber cloth and they're honestly not too noticeable even without a phone case. Once I put on a phone case, you can't see them anyway and the phone looks brand new, so my friends can't even tell the phone is refurbished at all. Screen condition - the screen h ... I ordered for IPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb in excellent condition and that was what I received when it arrived on the estimated date of arrival. No scratches at all; looked just brand new with the wireless cord it came with and battery charged up to 100%. I was really proud of it and it’s been over 2wks since I got it and no complaints whatsoever. I only wished it was dual sim.
