Only one credit card may be applied to each purchase. If you wish to split your payment between multiple cards due to credit limit restrictions, we encourage you to visit your local Kohl’s store to purchase the items.

Be located within the Continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii
Be a military (APO/FPO) address

Kohls.com is unable to process international credit cards and does not ship any orders internationally outside of military bases.

Using a Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit

A Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit (KMC) must be applied to the full purchase price of an online order, prior to any credit card being applied. If the remaining balance of the Gift Card or KMC does not cover the full purchase amount, the remaining payment will then be applied to your selected credit card.

Using Kohl’s Cash or Kohl’s Rewards Certificates

Kohl’s Cash and Kohl’s Rewards are applied prior to any other storewide or department-specific coupons, and can only be used to purchase Kohl’s merchandise. Kohl’s Cash cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or to cover any online shipping charges that may apply to online orders.

You can pay your Kohl's Card in any Kohl's store, online on My Kohl's Card, in the Kohl's app, mailing a payment to us, and over the phone with our Customer Service agents.

Do I have to be enrolled in My Kohl’s Charge online to use the mobile My Kohl’s Card?

Yes! For security purposes, you must be enrolled in My Kohl’s Card online to access your account information.

Using SMS text messages to get Kohl’s Card account information

Log into your account online at My Kohl’s Card, and select “Alerts” and “Manage Registration” from the toolbar.

Once you complete the registration, you will receive a text message from Kohl’s (657-10). You must reply “YES” to complete your registration.

Send the following text messages to 65710 obtain account information:

BAL - Account balance
AVAIL - Available credit
DUE - Minimum payment due
HIST - Recent transaction history
COMMAND - A list of available commands
STOP - At any time, you can text STOP. This will prevent you from receiving any future Alerts via text
HELP - At any time, you can text HELP which will return the following message: “Kohl's Charge: Call 1-800-564-5740 for support. Msg Frequency Depends on Acct Settings. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to cancel, COMMAND for options.”
