Here are 4 Steps to Get Help from Google Business Support:

Step 1: Sign into your Google account that is connected with your business profile. Open Google Business Profile Help using this link.

Step 2: Use the Contact Us button on the bottom right side.

Step 3: Fill out the form and choose Email as the contact option. Unfortunately, choosing a phone call or chat support session from Google Help instead of email support is no longer available as options (last checked in August 2022).

Step 4: Fill out the information including your contact phone number

That’s it! You should receive help within 24 hours, even though it may take a few days to complete everything you need.

How to contact Google My Business support has in the past been a little bit of a hit and miss affair, but it has become much easier to contact Business Support either by phone, email and on social media.

Options for Contacting Google My Business Support

Two options are available to contact Business Support by phone:

1) Google My Business Phone Number: US 1-844-491-9665, UK 0800 169 0409 – Select option to speak to Google My Business Support (usually option 3)

2) Request a call back from Google My Business: Fill in the Form to request a call back / talk to a specialist at Business Support – call back is usually within 24 hrs.
