How to Redeem:

In-store:
1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

Mobile/Desktop:
1. For Single Use Gift Card, enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Your Card Balance'.
2. For Multi-Use Gift Card, enter your card number, CVV and expiration date here then select, 'Check Your Card Balance'.
3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

In-store:
1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
2. Ask cashier to check its balance.
3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

For Multi-Use Gift Card, a card that is multi-use should be returned to you if there is any balance left on the card. Keep the card after your service. If there are any funds left, you can use the remaining funds for another service.

- Spafinder Certificates/Cards hold a live value once purchased and can be redeemed by the participating location of your choice. Please always present your Spafinder Gift Certificate/Card upon arrival to your appointment.

How do I check how much my gift card has left?

Start by looking at the back of your gift card. Typically, you'll find a toll-free number you can call to discover your balance. Or you can check your balance by visiting the card issuer's site and entering your card's 16-digit number and security code.

Do Spa Finder gift cards expire?

Spafinder Gift Certificates/Cards do not expire nor will their value depreciate over time. Can Spafinder Single-Use Gift Certificates/Cards be used more than once? Spafinder Gift Certificates/Cards are for one-time use.

Where is the pin on my Spafinder gift card?

If you have a card with 19-Digit Card Number, enter as it appears on the back of the card along with the 4-Digit PIN to see the remaining balance. You may also need to remove the tab on the back of the card to reveal PIN number.

Can I cash out a Spafinder gift card?

This card cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of card is in U.S. dollars. Unauthorized resale will invalidate this card. When properly authorized, this card may be redeemed for goods and services at participating Spafinder partner locations.
