I stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my early arrival. Front Desk person advised that Maid Service was by request I'm assuming due to Covid. Room was clean and we requested what we needed whenever we saw the maid service in the hallway. It rained/stormed everyday so the bar/eatery downstairs was convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Will return.

The property was nice the bed was comfortable. The temp in the room was a little warm but the room was nice. The lady at the check in desk was awesome and very helpful.

The surrounding area was nice. Internet was horrible on my floor and the dryers in the laundry room didnt work half of the time. Front doors grinded as they opened automatically. I was there for 14 days and no one addressed the issue.

I love the location. It is sounded by shopping and dining options and is 19 minutes from the beach. 🏖️

I booked this hotel for a layover (one night) and I would not stay longer if I had to. Comfortable and safe but my room was a little old and outdated. Air conditioning did not work properly, I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. I waited for over an hour at the airport to be picked up by the shuttle, while front desk was not answering the phone. Breakfast was pretty okay and standard. Thankful that I had a place to rest during my layover but I would not book here for a longer stay.

This place was severely overpriced. There was a bar of used soap still in our room when we checked in. And they wanted to charge for everything, $25 early check in fee, $10 rollaway bed fee. I’m surprised they didn’t charge a parking fee.

Nice room but needs a little bit of maintenance and upgrade. Like one of the lights in the bathroom was out, the TV remote kept falling apart and I think only one elevator worked. But the staff was very nice and overall the place was clean
