特別な起毛針を使い、何度も何度も起毛することで、次第に毛密度や毛足の長さ、柔らかさが増していきます。

約100工程もの緻密な作業を繰り返すその様は、まさに宝石を研磨する職人の様、もちろん熟練の職人の技術を要します。
糸が細いため、生地自体もデリケート、従来の約半分のスピードでゆっくり丁寧に起毛させなければなりません。
