Item Description: Up for sale is a 1993 ARM Egyptian Maadi (1993 date stated on rifle). It is barley used and a rare find. Includes a real Egyptian side folding crunch stock (not East German as see on post bad Maadi's), a slant brake, both the receiver and wood furniture are in pristine condition. This is barely used as the receiver is unblemished and no scratches on the furniture.
As most of you know, Egyption Maadi's are the closest to real USSR AKM models as the Soviet Union set up Egypts AKM manufacturing sites and providing engineering oversight.

Includes the following....

- Pre-Ban ARM 1993 Maadi
- 5 Steel magazines
- 75 round Korean drum
- Hard case

I have no idea. I got offered $2,300 when I sold my Russian FIME SGL 31 and this looks a lot nicer and it is pretty rare. Everyone loves Russian stuff though

those rifles were built on Russian machines operated by Russians in Egypt.

that’s a true pre-ban AK and as close to Russian as possible.

That BOS is my guess. Other than that, it’s a great price for a rare AK.

How is a 1993 a pre 1989 AWB. My Intrac Maadi was born with a thumbhole stock.

I am not saying it was a pre-ban...anyway home from work and have about 7 offers and 4 interests to sort through so please give me time.
