Stay at Days Inn in Hobby airport for cruise to Galveston . Very friendly staff and very clean motel! Allowed us to check in early and had transfers from and to airport! Would highly recommend! Not a lot of places to eat within walking but a Dennys and Asian market.

Roaches!!! We booked two rooms for our part of 8 to stay before our cruise out of Galveston. Arrived around 10:00pm tired from our flight only to find roaches in one of the rooms. As I was checking out my husband gathered our things and found a bug in our bed (second room) as well. Management refused to refund our room unless we had a picture showing the bugs specifically in our room. We were there a total of 10 minutes which was 10 mins too long for me. Also, I don’t think they truly offer an airport transfer. It wasn’t available for pickup. We were told it was out of service. Pictures are very deceptive. Rooms are not as presented on hotels.com. For only $60 more last minute we moved across the street to Marriott Spring Hill suites which was 1000 times better.

I understand having to keep maintenance up of your space but it is completely unprofessional to walk into a room unannounced (while I was in the shower) and ask me when do I plan to leave. Mind you this is day 1 out of my 3 day stay. I asked why do you need to know and the reply was so that you can paint the walls. I said well you can’t have people in here while I’m out especially not strangers with my belongings. She followed with well this is the only day they can come. I replied so why was this room available for rent, she said I can just check back in a few hours while you are out. Mind you this entire conversation is while I am in a towel. I asked her to leave, packed my belongings and demanded a refund. I don’t understand how plausible it would be to think someone would stay in a freshly painted room, feel comfortable with their belongings in the spec without them present and argue with a guest while they are not dressed.

We stayed here after getting in to Houston Hobby just after midnight. After calling for pickup, we had very little wait and quickly got booked into our room. The room was exactly as shown online and it felt very fresh and clean. The AC unit did an adequate job of keeping the room cool, but there was a little humidity that crept into the room around the front door felt by my spouse…I did not notice that myself. The next morning there was a lite breakfast available in the front office area to start the day including a coffee machine that offered a nice variety of coffee choices. When we were ready to leave, we had no wait and the driver happily took us directly to our rental car office instead of us having to go back to the airport first. Overall, the office/chauffeur staff and cleaning staff were amazing! The room was very clean and I’d definitely stay there again,

I’ve been traveling quite a bit over the past several months for work and this property is the best yet. So clean, well kept, very fresh and friendly, helpful staff. It’s been quite some time since I’ve had such a great experience at a hotel. This is the best hotel option in this area by far.

Check -in was smooth and quick. The room was clean very spacious. The beds were very comfortable to me not to soft. It actually had a full kitchen! I'm used to kitchens within the same room you sleep in but this suite had a separate kitchen area complete with table and all the appliances and cooking and eating utensilsvyou would find in your kitchen at home, including a window and a door. The room we were in was the queen eith full size bed. It was just myself and my daughter. Had visitors for a few hours and didnt feel crowded at all. Full breakfast starting at 6:30. The hotel is less about 15 mins from the airport. You wont be disappointed.

Airport transfer was terrible. They couldn’t find a driver and when they did he was late making us late for our flight. The hotel is ok, but there are better options in the area. If airport transfers are important, pick another hotel.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much. Seemed like a questionable neighborhood as well but the room was surprisingly luxurious. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. Nice television and very clean and comfortable bed.

Nice room, lots of towels and pillows. Clean, friendly staff, quick check-in and out. Dish tv was great. I've stayed at this location three times and highly recommend it. Close to airport and short trip to downtown Houston.

My daughter and I stayed here when we arrived in Houston and then again 4 days later when we left Houston. This hotel was so clean! The cleaning people make animals out of the towels to greet you when you check in-like fancy places. They will shuttle you to and from the airport. Great breakfast that’s free. Nice little pool. Friendly staff! You CAN’T go wrong staying at this hotel!
