circumstances had us searching for a room on short notice and near CLT. Initial appearance as we approached was that the hotel was dated and possibly rundown, but after getting to our room we found very clean and comfortable sleeping accomodations, although dated. The 1 staff I interacted with was AMAZING. 1. Wifi wouldn't let me children use Netflix 2. Covid as a reason for no breakfast? Come.on! 3. The bed sheets had holes & the carpet has stains & the shower had hairs. 4. No pool?!? Maybe on the website say it closes for the season. So, now I have 2 kids who can't watch Netdlix and can't swim. 5.. Remote for nbdroom tv didn't work. 6. I didn't mind hearing the airplanes, actually. 7. Need more parking. 8. Where

I am very allergic to feathers and could not stay in the room. I asked for non-allergenic pillows and they did not have any. I told them I could not stay in that room and they would not refund my money. I found another

The minute I walked into the lobby, I noticed this
motel was outdated, like dropping back into the 90's design. We checked in and went to the room, The rooms were outdated, no lamp on the desk between the two beds , so had to get up to turn light off, TV would not work, called front desk, said they would send someone, 35 minutes later we called back, they said the manager had an emergency and stepped out, towels were cheap. I am not sure how this hotel is associated with Country Inn & Suites Chain, though I know most of them are in owned

Finally got to sleep at 2 am. No free breakfast in the morning even though one was advertised. No
compensation for the same..Front desk clerk was extremely rude when we complained and refused to give her name when I asked to repeat. No breakfast place within walking distance. Had to send $20 to get to the Waffle House 1 mille away. Spent altogether $60 extra.
