You can pay your credit card in any of several convenient ways.

On our website:
Log in to Online Banking and select the Bill Pay tab, then follow the instructions.

If you're paying your bill from an account at another financial institution, select the Manage Pay To/Pay From Accounts link from the Bill Pay menu, then select the Add Pay From Account button and follow the instructions (you'll need your bank's 9-digit routing number and your account number in order to set up the Pay From account).

You can also transfer money from your Bank of America checking or saving account to your Bank of America credit card. To do this, select the Transfer | Send tab, then select Between My Accounts At Bank of America and follow the instructions provided in the Make a Transfer tab.

On your mobile device
Log in to the Mobile Banking app and select your credit card account, then select the Make a payment button.

You can also tap the Erica icon and say, "I want to pay my credit card" then follow the instructions (if you prefer, you can also type your message to Erica).

Drop off your payment at any Bank of America financial center or make a payment at one of our ATMs. To pay at an ATM using checks or cash, insert your credit card into the ATM, then select Make a Payment and follow the instructions (please note that payments to business credit cards are not supported at ATMs at this time).

Is it time to make your Chase credit card payment? Whether you prefer postal mail, online processing or other methods, the company has several convenient payment options to choose among.

Chase Website Online Payments

To make a Chase credit card payment online, simple access the Chase.com website, create a login, and schedule your payment. You can request a one-time payment of a specific amount, or schedule automatic payments to occur each month for a set amount. You must have a valid checking account to use this option.

If it's your first time making an online payment, you will need to create a User ID and password for the website. This process takes just a few minutes to complete. Once inside, you can access your latest account information, make a payment, add a bank account or even ask for a credit limit increase.

Chase Mobile App

If you need to make a payment while on the go, download the Chase app directly to your smartphone. Once you enter your login credentials, the homepage with a comprehensive listing of all your accounts will appear. Locate the card you'd like to make a payment on and select 'Pay Credit Card.' Next, you'll be prompted to choose a payment date and the checking account you'd like the funds to be drawn from.

You can also review account activity and manage payment information from the mobile app.

Online Banking Bill Pay

Most financial institutions offer online bill pay to their customers. In essence, with this feature you can quickly schedule one-time or recurring payments to your Chase account and other bills through one platform. Contact your bank or credit union to learn more about how to set up online bill pay for your Chase credit card payments.

Chase Bank Locations

You can visit any of the Chase branches to pay a Chase credit card bill in person. You do not have to have a deposit account at the bank to pay your credit card bill using this option. Use this online tool to find a location near you.

U.S. Mail

One of the most common methods of paying a credit card bill is via the U.S. Postal Service. Chase will accept a personal check or money order if you use this option, but be sure to write your account number at the top of the document. Also, send via certified or express mail so you can track the payment and ensure it arrives on time.

It is possible to use a wire transfer from your bank account to pay your Chase credit card bill. Your bank will charge a fee for this option; contact your financial institution for details.
