Thanks to the overall profile, collar construction, and midsole detailing, the Jordan True Flight could double as an AJVII – but just at first glance.

Look closely, and you will notice that the True Flight is, in fact, just an updated version of the Air Jordan 7 silhouette. Taken from the AJ 7 are the collar structure, including the Jumpman logo placement, and the peak details on the midsole.

Although similarly looking, the True Flight has a flatter outsole with multi-directional Herringbone-patterned sections for increased grip and traction on any kind of surface, and a full-length Zoom Air unit for superb performance cushioning.

The introduction of Jordan True Flight sneakers

The men's Jordan True Flight basketball-inspired shoes made an official debut on January 17, 2009, with a retail price of $140 a pair. Before its official launch, the sneaker market highly anticipates its arrival as a promising addition to the growing Jordan sneakers lineup.
