Screen problem! Blank screen/logomy laptop turns on, the logo shows up, and then it flicks to a black screen then back to the logo and then just repeats itself and never shwos anything else, I've taken the back off my laptop removed part of the batter but 1 of the screws are stuck and the screwdriver won't work on it now coz it's stuck can anyone help or give advice please, thankyou Is this a good question? Thanks but I already figured it out....just hitting the ESC key several times worked. I just needed to get it out of the "preparing automatic repair loop" it was stuck in. Apr 6, 2016

Did you keep hitting the Esc key while it said 'diagnosing your pc'? I tried doing this but it ends up showing the Restartor advanced options page. What to do next. Please help.
