My T-Mobile account
- Log in to My T-Mobile at www.t-mobile.com/prepaid or sign up with T-Mobile ID.
- Open the menu and the My T-Mobile option from your account homepage.
- Select My Profile.
- On the Manage Profile page you can manage: Profile information
- Name
- MyT-Mobile password
- PIN
- Language
- Security questions

Profile & Permissions
- Account owner is the only profile / permission type.
- Single-line accounts are automatically registered as the Primary Account Holder when setting up a T-Mobile ID.
- Multi-line accounts all have the same permission level when managing your lines on My T-Mobile.
- Account and line nicknames can be managed and changed to distinguish between multiple accounts.
- Privacy settings can be set per line to a specific account profile.
You can make payments and refill your Prepaid or Pay as your Go account online, though your device, or in person.Learn more about your billing and payment options here.
Balance & payments
Log into my T-Mobile to view and update your balance and payments online on using the T-Mobile app.
- Renewal amount: The minimum amount required to have in your account or set up for autorefill on the date provided in order to continue service.
- Available Service Balance: The balance available for refills or one-time purchases and charges from Prepaid device not included in your plan; an example would be international charges.
- Autopay status: If you are not enrolled you will not be charged until you choose to refill your prepaid account.
- See payment history: Past balances and payments; details for each line on your prepaid account, redeem a refill card, manage Autopay, and change your billing settings.
- See activity log: History of changes made to your account; such as rate plan changes and when account information was most recently updated.
