- ▢ 2 pounds lean ground beef
- ▢ 3 eggs
- ▢ 1 cup stuffing mix
- ▢ ½ cup tomato juice
- ▢ ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ▢ 1 cup diced onions
- ▢ 1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
- ▢ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ▢ ¼ cup catsup
- ▢ 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ▢ 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Line baking pan with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, dry stuffing mix or bread crumbs, diced onions, tomato juice, parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in Lipton Onion Soup Mix and combine. Do not over mix .
Place meat mixture on baking sheet, form into loaf.
Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Slather over the top of the meatloaf.
Place meatloaf in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour ⅕ minutes. Or until your meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
Remove from oven, cover lightly with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
