this is the most powerful cleanest easiest to empty pet upright I have ever owned...exceptional deep carpet cleaning and great attachments ….the foam filter just rinse it and ring it oput and let it dry overnight and you are ready to go again ...you only have to rinse it every 30 days ….I have 5 cats 3 short hair 2 long hair and it gets the job done ...I bought a second one ….this one for my upstairs it is so good …..money well spent ….I have owned so many other brands but nothing works like a hoover
