Terrible, it offered 2 phone numbers to authenticate, neither one was mine, and no way to edit it. Not a good start. Finally got a new password after several attempts, using focus criteria, went to log in, and had to go through the whole process again. Also no option for finger print log on. Wheres the new icon? The old one continues to tell you to download the new app. Did noone test run this before it was released? Very frustrating.give me back the old one. If it ain't broke, dont fix it.!!!

I just downloaded the new mobile banking app and it seems okay so far. I really miss the way the old app separated transactions by day it was much easier to read. I don't like the detailed list of transactions it looks too busy. I'm still getting used to it so I can't make a full judgement yet, but it's working. I guess there was a bug the first day it released because my temporary password worked just fine.

Inconvenient to use. Extra unnecessary steps required to do routine daily mobile banking which do not contribute to account security. Even after you get used to it, you still cannot get to screens you formerly could - those screens are either non-existent or tied to other screens you don't need. Extra security I understand, but extra complicated maneuvering to get to certain screens means I don't check my account activity as often as I used to be able to. After using this app more it is aweful.
