The overall experience was very good,however, housekeeping was an issue. They didn't come until late afternoon. I asked them to come back in 10 minutes. All 3 girls on floor including supervisor did not speak any English. Never came to service room. The next day all they did was change towels and fix pillows on bed. Did not even make bed or collect garbage. To many cut corners. I complained to front desk. They said that they would take care of it but never did. Disappointed in area. They should not ask if you want housekeeping if they aren't going to follow through with it.

Family with small children
The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with updated large shower and vanity. This was the first TV system that I’ve seen where you can log in to your Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. I thought that was nice.

Family with small children
Very clean and modern/new Hotel. Great for families with kids. Housekeeping every day was great. Free continental breakfast and free parking space were a plus. The breakfast was very good. The front desk is very nice and very helpful always smiling and willing to help. The pool was also very nice and clean. They have launchers and free pool towels. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, we had two TVs in our room, and we also had a tiny comfortable living room. The walk-in shower was great to have for my elderly Mother. We were on the other side of the building so the noise from the pool did not affect us. We had two queens size beds and they are comfortable but the pillows are small and not so comfortable. The shower pressure it’s okay. The smell of the water did not like. Smelled like sewage, is it me or is it Florida water? … oh well overall I have no complaints. My family and I loved our stay. We stayed two nights. Close to restaurants.
