Checkin time theyvsay is 4 pm. Nope. We trying checking in at 430 and room wasnt ready. I asked when it would be available they said i dont know. After a long day that was planned out back out to NYC we had to go. Exhausted. Never got a phone call stating it was ready. I had to call and find out and it was around 9 pm. Also went to shower. They never gave me bath towels. I had to dry off with a hand towel. These are the 2 reasons i rated it the way i did. Room was clean and definitely a nice stay. But if you tell customers a check in time...stick to it and make sure the room is fullu ready to go.

I enjoyed how easy it was to access the property and they offered complimentary bag hold if the room wasn’t ready before check in time.

This is a great spot if you are going to Madison Square Garden. There are good places to eat nearby and it’s easy to get to Hudson Yards.

The staff was helpful at front desk at all times. Chris and Omar great. The property was being renovated so was not very nice and was not noted before reservations. Really provided no amenities. At any given time there were debris in the hallway like tools and rolled carpets. My fridge did not work and lost the food I had but they did take care of it but items should be checked. No microwave or place really to get food in hotel. Would probably have stayed somewhere else due to conditions
