This card is ideal for Amazon shopping due to the 3% cash back. However, that 3% is only if you buy through Amazon. If you use at other stores it is only 1-2%. My business is construction so a lot of my materials cannot be purchased on Amazon. In material supply stores, the card only gives 1% back. This is unfortunate.
A big perk about this card, however, is that if you need to make a bigger purchase (on Amazon only) you have the option to choose 60 days no-interest terms. This is huge when I have a $1000 tool break or other unexpected expense. Overall I am moderately satisfied with the card

You can earn rewards when using the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card to make U.S. purchases at:

Prime members earn 5% and non-Prime members earn 3%. There's a spending cap of $120,000 each calendar year to earn these rewards. After the above spending cap is reached, eligible purchases earn 1% rewards.
All cardmembers also earn the following rewards:
- 2% back on purchases at U.S. restaurants, gas stations, and wireless telephone services purchased directly from service providers
- 1% back on other purchases
Optional 0% interest 60- or 90-day payment terms on eligible purchases

No foreign transaction fees
If you plan to use this credit card while traveling internationally, you can do so confidently. No foreign transaction fees are charged when using the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card. Other cards with these fees usually charge 3% per foreign transaction.
High spending cap
While there is a yearly spending cap for the bonus rewards, it's a high limit. You can earn rewards on up to $120,000 in spending per year -- which is much higher than many other rewards credit cards.
Alternatives to consider
If you want to earn an unlimited 5% on Amazon purchases: The Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card has no annual fee and offers Prime members unlimited 5% earning on Amazon and Whole Foods purchases. While not a business card, there's no spending cap on the bonus earning rate.

The Amazon Business Prime American Express Card has some flaws worth noting.
Non-Prime members earn fewer rewards
The Amazon Business Prime American Express Card is made with Amazon Prime members in mind. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you'll earn fewer rewards with this card. While this card has no annual fee, business Prime memberships begin at $69 per year. If you want to maximize the reward potential of this card, your best bet is to be an Amazon Prime member.
No rewards on 0% interest purchases
Cardholders must choose whether to earn rewards or take advantage of no-interest payment terms for eligible purchases. Unfortunately, you can't do both.
Limited 0% interest
If you choose to use the 60- or 90-day no-interest payment terms, you'll want to keep in mind that this is only available for eligible Amazon Business, AWS, Amazon.com, and Whole Foods Market purchases. And the time frame is short.
If you need more time to pay off costly business expenses, there are 0% intro APR credit cards with much longer terms -- many offer an intro APR for 15 to 18 months.
Limited redemption options
You can redeem points earned with the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card in one of two ways. You can use points to shop at Amazon.com and Amazon Business, or you can apply points toward a purchase in the form of a statement credit.
