| Great Intake - Minor QC Issues

I really like the look and definitely like the flow this intake alows for. Air temps coming in are definitely lower. You will feel a difference. ( I installed the 87mm TB as well. Before and after the install of the vararam. Each mod made a difference for the positive, this 5.7 hemi can breathe much much better.)The 3 issues I encountered were the washers didn't fit over the mount studs for the front plastic, the holes for the studs the front plastic go through didn't line
up, and the plastic that turns down over radiator should needs a slight adjustment, causes the intake tube to have to be at an angle leaning toward the radiator to compensate. Small corrections made fixed all the above easily. The above are minor things and I'm a ocd about things so don't allow this to stop a purchase. I'm definitely buying another for our 2 other Rams. I ordered it Friday got it Sunday got it installed Tuesday looks good very easy to install sounds good I used the truck today and it seems to increase my mileage not as much as I was hoping but between two and three mpg.
I will give it a few more days and if there's any change I would add it to my review but very pleased price was good delivery was extremely fast and everything looks good. Was this review helpful to you?

The intake I can see having great results but it just doesn’t feel sturdy. Also the bolts didn’t line up at all. I had to widen the holes for the plate that directs the air. Sounds good though and I can feel the difference. Was this review helpful to you?
