This fan was an excellent after market replacement for my OEM Honda fan that died. My 2002 Honda Civic LX was overheating after being driven for more than about 20 or 30 minutes, and the fan had died.
Replacing this myself saved me a bundle, I recommend checking YouTube for how to replace it. One issue I had is the 3 10mm bolts holding the fan onto the frame/radiator sheared off while I was removing them, even using WD-40/penetrating oil. So you may need to drill out the old screws or simply use industrial strength zip ties or wiring to secure the fan to the frame if needed until you can get them properly drilled by a shop.
This was about $32 when I purchased it on Amazon, and saved me hundreds by installing myself over the Honda dealer or a mechanic. It is a little tough to get out of the car given the tight space but it can be managed without any special knowledge. You just need a 10mm socket wrench and extension, some penetrating oil, and a YouTube video with this part and you'll be good to go. You also might want to get some Zip ties, wire, or extra bolts in case the old ones shear off in the repair process.

Muy buen producto Le quedo genial a mi civic 2002 ex coupe El producto funciona muy bien y venia bien sellado y protegido el remplazo es para el ventilador de lado del copiloto, lu pude cambiar sin necesidad de quitar las mangueras del radiador solo quite la bateria y la base de bateria y batallando un poco pude sacar el viejo y poner el nuevo
